Clinical trials underway at the Mayo Clinic are revealing an unlikely friend in the fight against cancer… the measles virus.
Scientists have long known that getting sick with the measles can sometimes trigger spontaneous reduction in the size of tumors, but recent clinical trials at the Mayo Clinic have demonstrated just what a powerful weapon the little virus can be.
In a 2014 trial, a concentrated dose of the measles put a late-stage cancer patient into long-term remission.
The terminally ill woman had suffered through every type of chemotherapy available and two stem cell transplants, only to relapse again and again.
She had an advanced case of multiple myeloma, a deadly cancer of the blood spread throughout her body and bone marrow, when researchers offered her a last-ditch resort — a massive dose of the measles.
Within 5 minutes, she got a splitting headache and a fever of 105, followed by vomiting and shaking.
Within 36 hours, a tumor the size of a golf ball on her forehead had disappeared, and within two weeks there was no cancer detectable in her body.
“It’s been the easiest treatment I’ve done by far,” she tells CNN.
The virus strain was engineered and weakened in a lab, and then given in a dose strong enough to vaccinate 10 million people.
Treating cancer with viruses is not new. Mayo Clinic scientists say “virotherapy” has been used successfully on thousands of cancer patients, but this is the first case of a patient with cancer spread throughout her body going into remission.
“I think we succeeded because we pushed the dose higher than others have pushed it,” said lead study author Dr. Stephen Russell. “And I think that is critical. The amount of virus that’s in the bloodstream really is the driver of how much gets into the tumors.”The measles virus makes cancer cells join together and explode, Mayo Clinic researcher Dr. Angela Dispenzieri explains. There’s also evidence that the virus stimulates the immune system, helping it recognize any recurring cancer cells and “mop them up.”
Subsequent clinical trials have shown similar results with ovarian cancer, breast cancer and non-Hodgkins lymphoma, according to a 2016 research paper titled “Measles to the Rescue.” And current trials are looking at the effect of the measles on glioblastoma multiforme, mesothelioma and squamous cell carcinoma.
“We recently have begun to think about the idea of a single shot cure for cancer — and that’s our goal with this therapy,” Russell said.

The 5G Appeal, with over 230 scientists behind them, believe 5G is hazardous to human health and the environment due to the higher radiofrequency that can interfere with small cells, like those in the body and in plants.
lScientists are appealing to the WHO (World Health Organisation) that the 5G wireless signal should be moved from a Group 2B Carcinogen to a Group 1, the same as asbestos and aresenic.1
More than 230 people, scientists and doctors from 40 countries are warning of the dangers of 5G, which lead to a massive increase in involuntary exposire to electromagnetic radiation. They have signed the 5G Appeal, which urgently calls for a moratorium on the technology.
“We, the undersigned scientists, recommend a moratorium on the roll-out of the fifth generation, 5G, for telecommunication until potential hazards for human health and the environment have been fully investigated by scientists independent from industry. 5G will substantially increase exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) on top of the 2G, 3G, 4G, WiFi etc. for telecommunications already in place. RF-EMF has been proven to be harmful for humans and the environment.”2
'They refer to the fact that ”numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines”. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plants and animals.'3
Although Telecom lobbyists claim that guidelines are in place to protect the public, they are based on a 1996 study of how much a cell phone heated the head of an adult-sized plastic mannequin. This hasn't taken into account that: living organisms are not plastic, they're made up of complex, interdependent cells and tissue; fetuses, children, plants, and wildlife will all be exposed to the radiofrequency; frequencies used in the mannequin study were far lower than the exposures associated with 5G.1
'One of the initiators is Dr. L. Hardell, Professor of Oncology at Örebro University in Sweden. He states: “The telecom industry is trying to roll out technology that may have very real, unintended harmful consequences. Scientific studies, both recently and over many years, have identified harmful effects on health when testing wireless products under realistic conditions. We are very concerned that the increase in radiation exposure by 5G leads to damage that cannot be reversed”.'2
Local Futures, Economics of Happiness report that although most people believe the FCC (Federal Communications Commision) carefully asses health risks of such technologies, a testimony from Senator Blumenthal of Connecticut reveals the FCC admitted that no safety studies have been made.4
The EU's response to the scientists' appeals is that it is up to the member states to protect the public from harmful electromagentic radiation.
In Brussels, 5G internet has been postponed. Celine Fremault, Minister of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region Responsible For Housing, Quality Of Life, Environment And Energy released the statement in an interview with L’Echo:
“I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not. The people of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit. We cannot leave anything to doubt."5
The minister identified that the 5G pilot project was not compatible with Belgian radiation safety standards of 9 V/m, or 95 mW/m2.5
In Germany, a petition has been sent to parliament asking to stop 5G frequencies. It has reached over 50,000 signatures, surpassing the quorum.
Parliament in the Netherlands is concerned about the health risks, with political parties urgently wanting to know the potential dangers of masts installed on a large scale. Member of parliament Laura Bromet: 'We still do not know about the dangers to public health. Little research has been undertaken into the effects of 5G. We have to take people’s concerns seriously and investigate this.'2
'5G radiofrequency (RF) radiation uses a ‘cocktail’ of three types of radiation, ranging from relatively low-energy radio waves, microwave radiation with far more energy, and millimeter waves with vastly more energy. The extremely high frequencies in 5G are where the biggest danger lies. While 4G frequencies go as high as 6 GHz, 5G exposes biological life to pulsed signals in the 30 GHz to 100 GHz range. The general public has never before been exposed to such high frequencies for long periods of time.'4
'This is a big deal. It turns out that our eyes and our sweat ducts act as antennas for absorption of the higher-frequency 5G waves. And because the distances these high-energy waves can travel is relatively short, transmitters will be required closer to homes and schools than earlier wireless technologies: the build-out will add the equivalent of a cell tower every 2-10 houses.'4

Having a healthy smile that reveals the pearly whites is something we would all gladly possess, but apparent from the aesthetic reasons, proper oral health is important for the health of the entire body.
Therefore, good oral hygiene is a must in order to prevent tooth decay, gum diseases, and bad breath.
Poor dental health has been linked to numerous diseases, such as heart disease. Also, in 2010, researchers from New York University found a link between gum inflammation and Alzheimer’s disease. Moreover, Harvard University researchers discovered a link between gum disease and pancreatic cancer.
Plaque is formed when bacteria in the oral cavity mixes with food byproducts and proteins, and it coats the teeth, grows below the gum line, and sticks to fillings. When it hardens, plaque becomes tartar, which is a serious issue that leads to inflammation and gum disease.
Tartar almost always surfaces due to lack of oral hygiene over an extended period. The formation of plaque and tartar should motivate someone to begin caring for their teeth.
In order to prevent such dental problems, the American Dental Association (ADA) suggests the following teeth brushing tips:
-- Brush the teeth twice daily, using a soft-bristled toothbrush
-- You can also use battery-operated and electric toothbrushes
-- Hold the toothbrush at a slight angle, toward the area when the tooth meets the gum line, and brush inside and outside the teeth, the chewing surfaces, and the tongue
-- Rinse the toothbrush well and don’t cover it to prevent bacteria buildup
-- Change the toothbrush every 3-4 months
Additionally, remember to regularly floss the teeth. In order to avoid the numerous chemicals found in toothpastes and oral hygiene products, numerous people turn to their natural alternatives.
Here are four natural recipes that will remove plaque and ensure your proper dental health:
Mix 7 tablespoons of coconut oil, the same amount of baking soda, a few drops of your favorite essential oil, and 1 ½ tbsp. of Stevia to make a natural paste, and use it instead of your store-bought toothpaste.
Swish a few tablespoons of coconut oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes, to remove any bacteria and whiten the teeth.
In a glass of water, add a few drops of each of the following: anise, mint oil, and lemon, and use the mixture to rinse the teeth 4 times daily.
Boil 2 cups of water, add ½ cup rosemary, and 1 cup of fresh mint, and leave it aside for 15 minutes. Then, drain, and rinse the mouth with it, when it is completely cool.
Furthermore, despite proper oral hygiene that involves regular teeth brushing, flossing, and using a mouthwash, as well as regularly visiting the dentist, in order to prevent plaque from wreaking havoc on your mouth, you should also avoid the following foods:
-- Citrus fruits are rich in acid which erodes enamel and makes the teeth prone to decay
-- Potato chips are full of starch, which becomes sugar trapped in and between the teeth and leads to plaque
-- Dried fruits are sticky, and leave a lot of sugar behind
-- Alcohol dehydrates the body, and a dry mouth lacks saliva, which keeps the teeth healthy, so this raises the risk of tooth decay, gum disease, and other oral infections
-- Sour candies, as they contain different kinds of acids that are tough on the teeth, stick to them, and cause decay
-- When chewing bread, the saliva breaks down the starches into sugar, producing a gummy paste-like substance, that sticks to the crevices between teeth and causes cavities
-- Carbonated drinks produce even more acid in the oral cavity, that damages tooth enamel
-- Ice, if chewed, damages enamel and make you prone to dental emergencies
People have recognized and valued the amazing properties of ginger for centuries. It is a rich source of numerous nutrients and offers powerful antibacterial, antiviral, anti-parasitic and anti-inflammatory effects.
According to Rachael Link, MS, RD:
“As one of the most used dietary condiments in the world today, it’s no wonder that the benefits of ginger are pretty impressive. With its zesty, peppery flavor and its extensive list of health benefits, ginger root is equal parts delicious and nutritious. It’s versatile, easy to use and has been associated with everything from beating motion sickness to better brain function.
The health benefits of ginger are largely due to its antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and content of therapeutic compounds like gingerol, shogaol, paradol, and zingerone.
Available in fresh, dried, ground, capsule and juice form, ginger root is easy to add to the diet and can have a lasting impact on just about every aspect of health.”
It is one of the richest vitamin C sources, and it is also in magnesium and other minerals, so it fortifies the immune system, helps digestion, relieves pain, cleanses the liver, and treats asthma and cardiovascular diseases.
Ginger tea is one of the best ways to reap all these benefits, and its regular consumption will:
Strengthen the Immune System –It is abundant in antioxidants and thus strengthens the immune system.
Fight Inflammation – The strong anti-inflammatory properties relieve muscle and joint pain.
Improve Blood Circulation –It prevents clogging of the arteries, boosts blood circulation, and lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Relieve Nausea – It is one of the best ways to treat nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness.
Fight Respiratory Problems – it relieves congestion and treats environmental allergies.
Improve Stomach Performance –Ginger tea helps digestion, helps the absorption of food, and prevents bloating
Relieve Stress – Its healing powers relieve stress and reduce tension.
Relieve Menstrual Discomfort – It relaxes the muscles, and thus soothes menstrual cramps
Moreover, its regular intake will lower the risk of strokes, cleanse the liver, relieve headaches, prevent cancer, and dissolve kidney stones.
Here is how to prepare it:
Heat the water, and as soon as it starts to boil, add the ginger and turmeric. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes, and the coconut milk, and strain. Sweeten with honey, and enjoy it!
Weedkiller 'raises risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma by 41%'
Study says evidence ‘supports link’ between exposure to glyphosate and increased risk
Bottles of Roundup herbicide, a product of Monsanto. Findings come as regulators in several countries consider limiting the use of glyphosate-based products in farming. Photograph: Jeff Roberson/APA broad new scientific analysis of the cancer-causing potential of glyphosate herbicides, the most widely used weedkilling products in the world, has found that people with high exposures to the popular pesticides have a 41% increased risk of developing a type of cancer called non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
The evidence “supports a compelling link” between exposures to glyphosate-based herbicides and increased risk for non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), the authors concluded, though they said the specific numerical risk estimates should be interpreted with caution.

An Open Letter to Legislators Currently Considering Vaccine Legislation from Tetyana Obukhanych, PhD
My name is Tetyana Obukhanych. I hold a PhD in Immunology. I am writing this letter in the hope that it will correct several common misperceptions about vaccines in order to help you formulate a fair and balanced understanding that is supported by accepted vaccine theory and new scientific findings.
Do unvaccinated children pose a higher threat to the public than the vaccinated?
It is often stated that those who choose not to vaccinate their children for reasons of conscience endanger the rest of the public, and this is the rationale behind most of the legislation to end vaccine exemptions currently being considered by federal and state legislators country-wide.
You should be aware that the nature of protection afforded by many modern vaccines – and that includes most of the vaccines recommended by the CDC for children – is not consistent with such a statement.
I have outlined below the recommended vaccines that cannot prevent transmission of disease either because they are not designed to prevent the transmission of infection (rather, they are intended to prevent disease symptoms), or because they are for non-communicable diseases.
The revelation that Johnson & Johnson knew for decades that its baby powder contained asbestos has opened the door for local law firms to take on the multinational pharmaceutical giant for any Australian victims who may have been exposed to the toxic mineral.
News agency Reuters revealed on Saturday that internal reports and other confidential documents showed J&J knew about the presence of small amounts of asbestos in its products from at least 1971.
The evidence surfaced after people who suspected that its talc had caused their cancers hired lawyers experienced in the decades-long deluge of litigation involving workers exposed to asbestos.

When asked about the potential risks faced by Australian consumers and whether the ingredients used in the Australian product was the same as its US-equivalent, a Johnson & Johnson Australia spokeswoman would not respond.
Instead, she referred the Herald to a generic statement – which derides the Reuters report – provided by its parent company and referred questions to its US head office.
Theodora Ahilas, the national head of Maurice Blackburn’s asbestos practice, said the development opened the door for the firm to further investigate the possible source of asbestos exposure in Australia.
“These reports regarding asbestos in baby powder are deeply concerning,” Ms Ahilas said.
“There is no safe amount of exposure to asbestos, and when we’re talking about a product that’s used on babies, we need to be extra vigilant.”
Some other Australia law firms are also considering whether to pursue the matter.

More than 11,000 plaintiffs have been identified by US lawyers to be potentially impacted by the presence of asbestos in their baby powder – including thousands of women with ovarian cancer.
Documents that surfaced during the lawsuit also said the company had commissioned and paid for studies of its baby powder productsand hired a ghostwriter to redraft the article that presented the findings in a journal.
News of the cover-up slammed US shares of Johnson & Johnson, causing a fall of 10 per cent on Friday, putting it on track to post their biggest percentage drop in more than 16 years.
The decline in shares erased about $55.7 billion ($US40 billion) from the company's market capitalisation, with investors worrying about the impact of the report as it faces thousands of talc-related lawsuits.
In response to the report, the company said "any suggestion that Johnson & Johnson knew or hid information about the safety of talc is false".
"This is all a calculated attempt to distract from the fact that thousands of independent tests prove our talc does not contain asbestos or cause cancer," Ernie Knewitz, Johnson & Johnson's vice president of global media relations, wrote in an emailed response.
"The Reuters article is one-sided, false and inflammatory. Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder is safe and asbestos-free."
If you have symptoms of leaky gut syndrome, there are many ways in which you can begin to heal your gut, including following a leaky gut diet plan and taking nutritional supplements. We’ve compiled a list of the top 6 leaky gut supplements to take for reducing intestinal inflammation, strengthening the gut lining, improving digestion, and regaining your overall health.
Disclaimer: Always check with a licensed healthcare practitioner or your physician before taking a new supplement for safety and dosage. Nutritional supplements can interact with medications and cause serious health problems, so please run any new supplement by a healthcare professional before adding it to your diet.
Top 6 Leaky Gut Supplements
Betaine HCL is a hydrochloric acid supplement, which helps increase stomach acid production to improve the digestion, absorption and assimilation of all nutrients, especially protein.
The reason why betaine HCL is at the top of our leaky gut supplements list is because low stomach acid is one of the most common causes of leaky gut. When you aren’t producing enough stomach acid, your body can’t properly digest and absorb the nutrients in the food you that eat. Not only can this lead to nutrient deficiencies, but it also lets food “linger” in your GI tract, where bacteria can ferment and putrefy it (yuck, we know!).
If left untreated, these bacteria can set up shop in your small intestine and cause chronic inflammation, leaky gut, and a bacterial overgrowth condition called SIBO (1). If you have symptoms such as bloating, acid reflux, constipation, and abdominal pain, you could have low stomach acid.
Taking a stomach acid supplement like betaine HCL is a good starting point to help increase your stomach acid production, aid digestion, and improve nutrient absorption. However, it’s also important to consider why you have low stomach acid in the first place.
Many diet and lifestyle factors can contribute to low stomach acid production, such as frequent antibiotic use, alcohol consumption, a low fiber diet, and chronic stress. So while taking betaine HCL is helpful for healing leaky gut, it’s only part of the equation when it comes to improving your gut health in the long term.
To find out if you have low stomach acid, try taking The Baking Soda Stomach Acid Test at home. It’s quick, painless, and easy. All you need is baking soda and cold water.
How to Take it: Take a betaine HCL supplement right before each meal.
Probiotics are beneficial bacteria found all over your body, and they form the foundation of a healthy digestive system. Probiotics help with nutrient absorption, help reduce inflammation, produce certain vitamins, and prevent “bad” or opportunistic bacteria, such as yeast, from overpopulating your system.
Probiotics can help heal leaky gut by strengthening the gut lining, and replenish your natural stores of good bacteria to reduce inflammation. Since probiotics play such a crucial role in digestion, you may also notice physical improvements soon after you start supplementing with them. It’s not uncommon to experience improved bowel movements, increased energy, and less gas and bloating once you find the probiotic strain (or strains) that work best for you.
However, there are many different strains of probiotic supplements, and not all of them provide the same benefits. For example, certain strains of bacteria are known to be most beneficial for immune function, while others do a better job at improving digestion. This is where you’ll need to do a bit of research or speak with a healthcare practitioner to find the appropriate probiotic supplement to match your specific needs.
How to Take it: Probiotics are best taken on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, or right before bed (assuming your last meal was at least three to four hours beforehand). This allows the probiotics to recolonize in the intestinal lining without the interference of any other foods.
You can also get probiotics in your diet by eating fermented foods, such as sauerkraut, beet kvass, and coconut milk yogurt. However, if you’re also dealing with candida (yeast overgrowth), you may want to supplement with a yeast-eating strain of bacteria called saccharomyces boulardii (sac b) (3).
A Plant-Derived Mineral SupplementThere’s one plant-derived mineral supplement we’ve heard of for leaky gut called Restore, which is made from lignite extract. If you’ve never heard of lignite extract, don’t worry: you’re not the only one.
Lignite extract comes from decomposed plants (it sounds weird, but bear with us), which break down peat into lignite. The reason why lignite is helpful for leaky gut is because it’s rich in carbon, which has the ability to bind to toxins in your GI tract, and allow them to pass safely through your system.
Now, one of the reasons why leaky gut happens in the first place is due to an overload of toxins in your GI tract, which contribute to breaking apart the tight junctions of the intestinal lining (4). Due to its ability to filter out these toxins, Restore can help lay down the framework for a healthier gut microbiome, which will support your body’s ability to heal on its own.
Unlike some detoxification supplements, Restore doesn’t cause intense die-off symptoms or harm the kidneys when taken at high doses.
How to Take It: Take one teaspoon three times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Work your way up to two tablespoons, three times daily to support healing. For more information, head over to Restore’s website.
4. L-GlutamineGlutamine is an amino acid that contributes to healing leaky gut by repairing the gut’s mucosal lining and closing up the tight junctions in your intestine. Glutamine helps reduce intestinal inflammation, which may also provide relief for digestive symptoms.
Glutamine is most effective when it’s taken as a powder, especially when you’re dealing with a weakened digestive system, which may not be able to properly break down or absorb capsules and food sources of glutamine.
How to Take it: The amount of glutamine you need to take each day will depend on your current state of health. For the correct dosage and form of l-glutamine to take, consult your healthcare practitioner.
Quercetin is an antioxidant found in plant foods that may help stimulate the production of proteins in the GI tract that can heal and seal the gut lining, which is exactly what the body needs to repair leaky gut (5).
Quercetin is also known for being an extremely powerful anti-inflammatory, which can reduce intestinal inflammation, keep allergies at bay, and even improve symptoms of autoimmune conditions. Allergies, food sensitivities and autoimmune conditions all can stem from leaky gut syndrome.
How to Take it: We hate to sound like a broken record, but the amount of quercetin you need will depend on your symptoms and the severity of those symptoms. Consult your healthcare practitioner for dosage, frequency, and the best time of day to take it.
6. Vitamin D
There are many things vitamin D does for your body, but in the case of a leaky gut it activates killer T-cells for defense against infections and bacteria. It can also reduce chronic inflammation. Vitamin D is said to be a key player in holding the tight junctions of the intestinal lining together, which means deficiency could actually contribute to the onset of leaky gut (9).
How to Take it: To find out how much vitamin D your body truly needs, it’s best to run some lab tests. From here, your doctor or healthcare practitioner can prescribe the best dose for you, based on the current picture of your health. Don’t forget to get outside and get your vitamin D from the sun, too!
We all get hit by life’s slings and arrows from time to time. They can come from a resident critic—a family member, friend, or co-worker who always finds something wrong—or as the occasional put-down that catches you by surprise. What do you do when an insult is hurled your way, privately or public ally? Do you pretend you didn’t hear it or hurl an insult right back? Do you internalise it or get angry and lash out?
You may not be able to stop someone’s nasty words or careless actions, but you can change how you deal with those barbs. They don’t have to take you down or tempt you to retaliate. Try these 10 healthy and empowering tips to meet insults and criticism gracefully and appropriately.
Tip #1: Assess Criticism and Who It Is Coming From
It’s important to get an accurate read on a situation to decide the best way to respond. There’s a big difference between constructive criticism from someone who loves you and getting bashed by someone who steals the stage to discredit you. You’ll need to get some objectivity before deciding whether it’s right to speak up or let it go.
Try this: Pull away from the situation and look at it without ego, as if you were observing someone else’s life. Is it possible you are being overly sensitive, or has someone treated you like a doormat without good reason? A clear sense of which it is will help you find the best solution.
Tip #2: Acknowledge Your Feelings
Pressure can build up when you don’t acknowledge what’s bothering you. When someone hurts you, especially someone close to you, you may stuff your feelings below the surface to avoid a confrontation. But your feelings are a key part of your internal guidance system—they warn you when something is wrong. By ignoring feelings, you create a larger problem to deal with later. By accepting the messages they bring, you’ll be able to deal more effectively with issues from the start.
Try this: Rather than slamming a lid over your emotions, notice them as they arise--without judging yourself or blaming others for making you upset. Ask yourself: If my feelings could talk right now, what would they say? What is this feeling asking me to do? What new choices can I make to help me feel at peace about this situation?
What authentic people do differently than the rest of us, and how you can too
We tend to value “genuine” people and think poorly of those whom we perceive as being “fake”—but why is that? After all, what motivates “fakeness” is an effort to appear more appealing or impressive, so shouldn’t we find people who care about our opinions more appealing than those who, by definition, do their own thing regardless of what we think?
Well, no, we shouldn’t—and for three basic reasons:
Genuine people speak their mind.
This is actually a two-step habit. Genuine people take time to figure out their own opinions and perspectives about things, and they are not shy about sharing their thought-out opinions with others. The manner in which they share their opinions also matters: Genuine people are comfortable presenting their ideas without expecting or needing to convince others they are right. One thing that helps them get in touch with their true opinions and perspectives is…
Genuine people respond to internal expectations, not external ones.
Genuine people spend time thinking about and exploring their own beliefs, ideals, standards, and expectations because they rely on the answers to these questions to give them direction and purpose in life. Of course, identifying your own ideas and beliefs is not necessarily easy, since they can easily conflict with the beliefs and standards of the families, communities, and cultures in which you were raised. Indeed, being authentic is often associated with being brave because you’re then likely to do the following…
Genuine people forge their own paths.
Being authentic is not just about what you think or say but what you do and how you are in the world. Being guided by an internal compass means not having to follow the conventional or typical routes others take to achieve their goals. Therefore, genuine people search for and discover their own unique way of pursuing their passions and purpose, often forging an entirely new path as they do. The risk of forging a new and unproven path is that not all your efforts will be successful. However…
Genuine people are not threatened by failure.
The reason most people follow conventional routes is they are supposedly “proven” and “safer,” and therefore more likely to yield success. On the other hand, taking the road less (or never) traveled is risky and can lead to failure. Yet, genuine people do so because they are not threatened by the idea of failing. In fact, they view failure as an integral part of their journey, a source of learning, and an enriching experience from which they can grow. Because they find failures instructive rather than threatening…
Genuine people can admit their faults. To be true to your feelings and opinions you must first be honest with yourself about your thoughts, beliefs, and behavior—which means confronting the bad along with the good. As such, genuine people are likely to recognize their faults and shortcomings, to accept them, and to take responsibility for their actions as a result. Indeed, their general ability to own their faults, mistakes, and failures extends beyond how they see themselves such that…
Genuine people are not judgmental of others.Being honest about their own faults and embracing individuality and differences leads genuine people to be less judgmental and more accepting of the people around them. Their fundamental assumptions about human complexity and their reluctance to view people via the lens of bias or preconceived expectations allows them a purer perspective that usually leads to direct and honest interactions and relationships. And all of the habits listed above stem from one core psychological characteristic of genuine people…
Genuine people have solid self-esteem.Having solid self-esteem means having stable self-esteem that is neither too high nor too low. (Narcissists, for example, have high but brittle self-esteem.) As a result, genuine people can tolerate and absorb failure and criticism, admit their faults, and be accepting of others because they are not threatened by imperfection. Indeed, having solid self-esteem means, by definition, that you can absorb both negative and positive feedback and acknowledge aspects of your character that might need work or improvement without diminishing your overall sense of self-worth.

“As I began to love myself, my relationship with everyone changed.’
The simple meaning of being unfuckwithable is that you do not let anyone or anything bother you. It’s the highest state of your existence, of things you do, of place you live, of every moment of your life. It’s about being at peace with oneself so much that no action from outside can disrupt that.
Unfuckwithable is that state of being where you are completely in tune with your soul and free of expectations and attachments.
You have come to understand that expectation and attachment make you vulnerable and that makes you fuckwithable. You have learnt to let go of these vulnerabilities. You don’t have anything to win or lose. You have gone beyond the finite gameplay and embraced the infinite gameplay, continuing to be in the game without any particular motif. That makes you the strongest soul among all. You have truly understood the purpose of your existence.
If you are not sure whether you are unfuckwithable or not, here are
6 Signs That Say You’re Unfuckwithable(1) You have realized your self-worth:“Strong people have a strong sense of self-worth and self-awareness; they don’t need the approval of others.” ― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart.
(1) You know the unique person you truly are. You are confident about yourself and no-one or nothing can push you into questioning this uniqueness. In fact, it is your ingenuity which acts as a fingerprint of your soul and can even mould a negative energy into a positive one.
(2) You focus on the thing you can control and leave the things you can’t:“Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control of what you do have power over instead of craving control over what you don’t.” ― Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free.
You understand that it’s your own behaviour and actions which you can control. You also know that you can’t control others and so, you let go of the attachments and expectations. You embrace uncertainty and don’t get disturbed by the things you can’t take control of. You are more focused on yourself.
(3) You love yourself:“The only person who can pull me down is myself, and I’m not going to let myself pull me down anymore.” ― C. JoyBell C.
You do not care if others love you or hate you. You treat your lovers and haters alike. You love yourself and that matters the most. This self-love removes all your insecurities. You are not scared of darker times because you have yourself and you know you can pass through it.
(4) You live life fearlessly:“To me, Fearless is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, Fearless is having fears. Fearless is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, Fearless is living in spite of those things that scare you to death.” ― Taylor Swift.
You are more than willing to get out of comfort zone and face your fears. You accept all the challenges with a smiling face and evolve so that you can deal with them. You are continuously moulding yourself to face these obstacles. You are also well aware that you might lose everything but doesn’t stop you.
(5) You forgive:“To err is human, to forgive, divine.” ― Alexander Pope, An Essay on Criticism.
You understand that emotions like anger or hurt only pulls you back. No matter how wrong a person is, you forgive them and move on because you don’t have any attachments with anyone. Since actions of others don’t affect you, you can easily forgive. You know that past if past and only you can’t do anything about it. But you can change the future by actions of your present and you make the best out of it by forgiving and letting go off the attachments.
(6) You live your life on the edge:“Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. BELIEVE. Most of all, enjoy every moment of the journey, and appreciate where you are at this moment instead of always focusing on how far you have to go.” ― Mandy Hale, The Single Woman: Life, Love, and a Dash of Sass.
You live every day as if tomorrow might never exist. Nothing can pull you back; you don’t care about any shackle. You embrace what this universe has to offer; you let yourself sail on the flow of this universe. By doing this, you embrace positivity and spread positivity wherever you go.

If any of these animals accidentally cross your path, powerful omens are presented to you according to ancient cultures and their Old Ways.
Omens and the Old Religion During the Old Times, animals and plants were all associated with Gods and Goddess. Athena had Owl as her sacred animal while Poseidon protected Horses and Artemis (Diana) deers. Everyone had a soft spot for animals, therefore close encounters with animals were supposed to be divine interventions at some point. We have selected the ones who are considered to be the most powerful omens of all.
An important notice before analysing the omens. Sometimes, the “accidental” appearances of Animals can be the encounters of our Totem Animals, trying to catch our attention. For more information about how to find out your Totem Animal click here.
Owls are believed to be harbingers of doom and carriers of unimaginable wisdom at the same time.(Read here more about Owls as totem animals) Maybe owls know things and they appear to warn us about what is coming – usually something huge – either this is for good or ill. Owls have been associated with many gods and goddess but one of the most powerful association is with Athena (Minerva) the Goddess of Wisdom in Ancient Greece.
When an Owl appears one has to be extra careful about his/her next steps as the Owl tries to make us ready for what’s coming (it doesn’t have to be bad but it’s certainly very important or even life-changing). If you are a Witch, the appearance of an Owl probably means that our magic is strong and we should be very careful with the energies we summon. We should choose wisely!
Owls are not omens of Bad Luck or Harbingers of Doom (they can be if we see two owls fighting and shouting over a house). They are messengers of Great News. Owls are considered Royal Birds, therefore seeing them can be considered as omens of success.
Spiders are also associated with the Goddess Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom. Spiders are also considered sacred animals as their web symbolises that we are all connected with each other and all nature. However, the appearance of a Spider does not have the same meaning as Owls. Spiders are trying to “ward” or remind us of a friend.
In ancient time Spiders were omens for a friend (either from the past or a close friend). We will probably soon meet this friend who is going to give us brand new information. In general, Spiders are good omens, bearers of Good Luck.
“If you find a spider at night, it means good luck.” Kemp P. Battle
You walk by the street thinking of your daily routine when for some reason a cat caught your attention. You refuse to believe that this is important but the cat for some reason follows you and tries even harder to make you turn around. The cat is the personification of intuition (click here to read more about Cats as totem animals). When a Cat appears out of nowhere and for some reason and you can’t help but notice their weird and cute moves, it’s an omen (or omens) that you have to listen to your heart.
Cats are associated with powerful and Wise Goddesses like Bast, Freya and Brigid. The weird cat symbolises your hidden magical and spiritual powers which now you have to listen. If you are a witch then you should probably be more careful the next time you cast a spell as the cat tries to warn you that you’ve probably had to get in touch with your higher self before you cast more spells. The Colours of cats do matter:
White Cats: symbolise fertility and change in romantic affairs
Orange Cats: symbolise different planes of existence and spiritual travels
Black Cats: symbolise the change of Luck (for good or ill) and Wisdom
1. Pain In Your Head.
Pain in your head, like headaches, can be caused by stresses of the day. Take some time to relax and ease the stress every day.
2. Pain In Your Neck.
If you feel pain in your neck, you may have trouble forgiving others or yourself. If you’re feeling neck pain, consider the things you love about people.
3. Pain In Your Shoulders.
Shoulder pain may indicate that you’re carrying a heavy emotional burden. That’s where the saying “shouldering a problem” comes from. Focus in on some proactive problem solving and distributing some of that burden to other people in your life.
4. Pain In Your Upper Back.
Upper back pain means you don’t have enough emotional support. You may feel unloved and unwanted. If you’re single, this may mean it’s time to go out on a date or two.
Ever wanted to be in more than one place at a time? That’s right, I’m talking about the super-human abilities that can be gained by those who follow the protocol for what’s known as sun-gazing, a valid practice recently confirmed by NASA.
Many proponents of this ancient technique, used by many cultures such as Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec, Tibetian and Indian yoga, report not only healing benefits to common illnesses, but obtaining super-human abilities such as advanced telepathy and going completely without the need for food.
Nikola Tesla quoted
“My idea is that the development of life must lead to forms of existence that will be possible without nourishment and which will not be shackled by consequent limitations. Why should a living being not be able to obtain all the energy it needs for the performance of its life functions from the environment, instead of through consumption of food, and transforming, by a complicated process, the energy of chemical combinations into life-sustaining energy?”
The Spiritual Awakening Symptoms
1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. More important, your Merkabah, energetic transportal Body, has/is being upgraded and made new. This will be explained and understood more fully as you progress. Suffice to say, ageing, dis-ease, and limitations are freed with-in this New Experiencing Device.
2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. Literally... pieces, parts... "aspects" of YOU are being seen and released/transmuted appropriately. Although, many may not seem difficult to release, others are comfortable personalities that must be reconciled. Say, "good bye," I love you. You have served me well. I no longer need you."
3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It's good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. There's a multitude of emotional energies within you now... try not to focus on the "why" and just feel, allow..

By: Marc and Angel You know how you can hear something a hundred times in a hundred different ways before it finally gets through to you? The ten truths listed below fall firmly into that category – life lessons that many of us likely learned years ago, and have been reminded of ever since, but for whatever reason, haven’t fully grasped.
This, my friends, is my attempt at helping all of us, myself included, “get it” and “remember it” once and for all…
1. The average human life is relatively short.
We know deep down that life is short, and that death will happen to all of us eventually, and yet we are infinitely surprised when it happens to someone we know. It’s like walking up a flight of stairs with a distracted mind, and misjudging the final step. You expected there to be one more stair than there is, and so you find yourself off balance for a moment, before your mind shifts back to the present moment and how the world really is.
LIVE your life TODAY! Don’t ignore death, but don’t be afraid of it either. Be afraid of a life you never lived because you were too afraid to take action. Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside you while you’re still alive. Be bold. Be courageous. Be scared to death, and then take the next step anyway.
2. You will only ever live the life you create for yourself. Your life is yours alone. Others can try to persuade you, but they can’t decide for you. They can walk with you, but not in your shoes. So make sure the path you decide to walk aligns with your own intuition and desires, and don’t be scared to switch paths or pave a new one when it makes sense.
Remember, it’s always better to be at the bottom of the ladder you want to climb than the top of the one you don’t. Be productive and patient. And realize that patience is not about waiting, but the ability to keep a good attitude while working hard for what you believe in. This is your life, and it is made up entirely of your choices. May your actions speak louder than your words. May your life preach louder than your lips. May your success be your noise in the end.
And if life only teaches you one thing, let it be that taking a passionate leap is always worth it. Even if you have no idea where you’re going to land, be brave enough to step up to the edge of the unknown, and listen to your heart. (Angel and I discuss this in more detail in the “Passion and Growth” chapter of 1,000 Little Things Happy, Successful People Do Differently.)
Addiction to technology “is placing the screen as an object of ‘mass subculture’, alienating the relation to our own body, and more generally to the physical world.”Antonie Geiger is a 20-year-old photographer from France who has perfectly outlined how our electronics are sucking the life out of us. They consume out attention tricking us into thinking it is about affection and all the while distracting us from living our present physical lives.
When we are not grounded in the present moment we are disconnecting. Since many of us are on a path of seeking connection we need to remember to keep our electronic tools in balance with our interpersonal connections.
Antonie Geiger said the project was a part of some of the research he is doing in order to better understand this “mass subculture” where we are addicted to screens. We alienate anyone physically around us while we are fooled to think we are really connecting.
“Mankind, which in Homer’s time was an object of contemplation for the Olympian gods, is now one for itself. Its self-alienation has reached such a degree that it can experience its own destruction as aesthetic pleasure of the first order.” -Walter Banjamin
Health Concerns:Recently we talked about how the electronic fields around us are being pulled into our cells. These electrical signals could be interfering with our cells signals and in turn causing health problems.
Studies have shown us that using mobile phone frequently can cause impaired memory and concentration, fatigue, dizziness, headaches and disturbed sleep.
All of these medical issues come from radiation sickness and the radiation comes from the mobile phone. There are now also concerns in the medical world that some people may be developing electrosensitivity or IEI-EMF when they are over exposed to the electromagnetic fields of their phone.
Back in 2014 58% of the states World Health Organization advised the public to reduce their exposure to radio frequencies.
They advise that we use some sort of hands-free kit so the phone isn’t close to our bodies, to try and keep our phone calls shorter, avoid making phone calls when your battery or signal is low (radiation is higher when the phone signal is low), and to use phones what are designed to have a low specific absorption rate (SAR).
Other countries have already started to protect their children from over-exposure to electronics. For example in France WiFi was banned in toddlers’ nurseries and in 2015 Taiwan implemented a ban on toddlers under the age of two using a mobile phone or other similar electronic device.
Medical and psychological studies have shown that heavy cell phone use increases sleep disorders in men and increases depressive symptoms in both women and men.
People who are constantly reachable via their cell phone were much more likely to report issues with mental health. Maybe being constantly available isn’t good for us.
It isn’t just cell phones, in a study of men they found that overuse of computers causes sleep problems.
Using computers and other glowing screens at night is also linked with stress, depressive symptoms and sleep disorders in women and men.
If you work or play on a computer for long periods of time without breaks you are at risk for sleep problems, stress, and depressive symptoms.
The studies also found that those who use bother computer and phones excessively increased all of the above health risks.
Social ConcernsStatistically, in the US we are glued to our phones. We actually use them a lot more than we are aware. It becomes this deep-rooted impulse. Have you ever noticed that when you forget your phone you have an empty feeling? This pull, like an addiction, is very similar to all other distraction based addictions.
Magic happens in the present moment and yet we are seemingly terrified of being here.
We’ve all gone through hard times. And we all get through them. However, some get through them better than others. So what is their secret? Most of it has to do with attitude. Here are 13 things to remember when life gets rough:
1. What is, is.
Buddha’s famous saying tells us: “It is your resistance to ‘what is’ that causes your suffering.” Think about that for a minute. It means that our suffering only occurs when we resist how things are. If you can change something, then take action! Change it! But if you can’t change it, then you have two choices: (1) either accept it and let go of the negativity, or (2) make yourself miserable by obsessing over it.
2. It’s only a problem if you think it’s a problem.
Many times, we are our own worst enemy. Happiness is really dependent on perspective. If you think something is a problem, then your thoughts and emotions will be negative. But if you think it’s something you can learn from, then suddenly, it’s not a problem anymore.
3. If you want things to change, you need to start with changing yourself.
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. Don’t you know people whose lives are chaotic and stressful? And isn’t that largely because they feel chaotic inside? Yes, it is. We like to think that changing our circumstances will change us. But we have it backwards—we need to change ourselves first before our circumstances will change.
There is a stillness and a peace in the early morning which is unlike any other hour of the day.
Between the time of 5am-6am there is a calmness that when observed, can really change your life.
Only a year ago I was between jobs, unsure of what to do next and uncertain of my path.
During this time in my life I heard the calling to wake up early in the morning and mediate in order to find clarity on what to do next.
Every morning at 5.30am I would drag myself out of bed, wrap myself in a blanket and retreat to my mediation space. Some mornings were easy, but other mornings I found that sitting in stillness was just not working, which led me to create my own morning rituals.
After just a few weeks of doing these rituals every morning for about 30 minutes per day, I started to gain clarity and receive clear and strong messages about my purpose. I also had a lot more inspiration and confidence throughout the day.
It was actually through my morning rituals that I decided to devote more of my time to this website and get it to a point where I could do it full-time. Now, just 9 months later running this website sustains me enough to make it my full time job.
Whether you are looking for clarity about your purpose, a relationship or even your life in general, adopting these 5 morning rituals that changed my life will also help to change your life too- If I can do it, you can too.
Here are 5 Morning Rituals that will help you discover your purpose and change your life:
1. Awaken EarlyDepending on where you live, getting up just before the sun is about to rise is the perfect time to start your rituals. For most, this means getting up between 5am-6am.
The timing you choose to do these rituals is important because the energy that is present in the early hours of the morning is said to help stimulate creative flow, harmony and also peace.
All of these factors are going to better help you tap into your purpose and clear out any mental clutter that may be blocking you.
When the world is still quiet and calm there are also less distractions and less things stopping you from stepping into the work.
Trust me, once you see how fun and amazing the work is, getting up this early will not feel as bad!
If you are already an early riser, aim to rise about 30 minutes earlier than usual, while it may be a lifestyle adjustment the rewards are well worth it!
2. MeditateDon’t worry, if the thought of sitting in lotus is not appealing to you, there are other ways you can do this.
While some mornings you may feel compelled to sit in silence, other mornings it may be beneficial to do a guided mediation.
There are plenty of free guided meditations available on channels like YouTube. Some of my favourite guided mediation instructors include: Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and Abraham Hicks.
You can also download sound bowls/gongs, healing music or inaugural beats and have them on a playlist ready to go for the morning.
You can sit up in lotus position, lay down or sit up with your back against a wall or propped up on a cushion. You definitely don’t want to fall back asleep, but being comfortable is also important.
There is one prediction that can be found both, in the book of revelations and the emerald tablets forecasting something really exciting!
It says that there will be an incarnation of 144,000 lightworkers who will save earth from the “forces of darkness” during the end times of the kali yuga.
The most interesting part about this prediction is the realization that most of these lightworkers are now here and in the process of “waking up” to their divine purpose and mission on earth. Majority of them might not even know or remember who they REALLY are!
According to spiritual teachers and psychics, the cellular memories of the 144,000 were programmed, timed, and triggered to “go off” at this time and awaken them to their true identity, mission, and purpose for incarnating on earth at this most crucial time in earth’s history.
What does saving the world means? The term “saving the planet” carries a wrong connotation and that’s why most people don’t understand what we really mean.
It’s not literally about the planet Earth, the Earth is fine with or without us. There’s not going to be an epic fight between the dark and the light. At least not here in the physical realm.
We need saving as species, there is something rotten deep in our collective psyche and we need to deal with it. The so called “forces of darkness” are simply the projection of this shadow we need to face deep in ourselves.
Lightworkers are people who heal on many levels. They heal mentally, physically, emotionally and even spiritually. They do this through their work and their energy if they learn to control and manage it.
That’s why they are the ones who will “save the world from the forces of darkness” because they will help us heal the shadows of humanity.
And the number is just a sacred quantity that, if reached, creates a powerful wave that cannot be stopped.
It creates a wave that will wash the whole world from its negative behavior that’s retarding our true potential of love. It’s like when you try to stop fire from spreading, if you extinguish a certain amount of that fire, the rest will simply extinguish by itself.
Why Should You Pay for a Psychic Reading?
When it comes to psychic readings, many people wonder why they cost money. After all shouldn’t anything related to spirituality be free? Some feel that if a psychic is truly authentic they should not charge for their gifts.
Even among more creative services, payment is expected. If you like a song and want to own it, shouldn’t the musician get paid for his or her work?
Isn’t that why we have such strict rules and laws around piracy and copyrights?
Psychics provide a service just like any other business. And just like any other business there are expenses involved like taxes, rent and overhead.
Why should psychic services be any different?
Is it because they are spiritual and hard to quantify?
Perhaps it is due to people’s mindsets around metaphysical and other worldly matters. We often think of spirituality, philosophy and religion as higher-minded pursuits that don’t belong in the realm of money and commerce. We envision holy people or etheric types who are above material matters.
While it’s true that psychics are in touch with the higher spiritual realms, they still need to exist and function here in the material world. Psychics need food, clothing and shelter just like anyone else. Most have families that they need to provide for as well. How can these things be accomplished without money?
Psychics provide a service just like any other business. And just like any other business there are expenses involved like taxes, rent and overhead. In order to keep the business going while providing a service to you, they need to charge a fee. That’s just the reality of living in the material world.
Unscrupulous Scams? Another issue around fees for psychic readings comes from the fear of being scammed. Unfortunately there are people out there that are not working for your best interests. Some may not be as gifted as they say they are, while others pose as psychics and look to take your money. So understandably you may be cautious when parting with your hard earned cash for a psychic reading.
Psychic readings like any other service or business are subject to unscrupulous folks. Think about it. Haven’t you heard of mechanics that rip people off? Or building contractors who take money and never finish the work? And what about doctors who order unnecessary tests? Situations like these are common in every business.
Just because there are a few bad apples out there doesn’t mean everyone is out to get you. There are thousands of good qualified psychics and spiritual advisors out there doing a good job for a fair price. Try not to let the horror stories stop you from purchasing a psychic reading. Be smart and keep your eyes open when looking for a psychic. Ask for referrals, read reviews and testimonials.
Why You Should Pay and Why It’s Fair When it comes right down to it, yes you should pay for a psychic reading and yes it’s fair. When you seek a service there should be a fair exchange. A reading is a service, albeit a spiritual one. It is not only fair; it is good karma. Do you really think it’s equitable to get something for nothing?
By paying for a reading you are entering into an agreement with your psychic and with the Universe. You are telling both that you are willing to give your energy (represented by your money) to gain insight, wisdom and knowledge. By giving up something of value you expect value in return and you will likely appreciate it more.
There’s an old saying from the Bible about casting pearls before swine. Free psychic information may not be valued as much as that charged for a fee. So go ahead and pay for those pearls of wisdom—they’re worth it!
EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD IS LINKED TOGETHER IN A COSMIC WEB DESIGNED TO HELP EACH ONE OF US TO FULFILL ITS DESTINY.
We live on the material plane and the spiritual plane, simultaneously.
What we don’t realize is that both, the material and the spiritual are interconnected, they are mirroring each other.
The strings between them are hard to recognize. Most of us have no idea that what they think of as material is actually a spiritual manifestation.
We create so many confusing and contradictory philosophies about reality trying to explain it. Life becomes a puzzle and sometimes we put the wrong pieces together.
Thankfully, the Cosmic Connections come at the right time to guide us solve this universal puzzle.
What Are Cosmic Connections?
Cosmic Connections are people you meet because of an important cosmic reason. Everyone you meet has a cosmic reason, but Cosmic Connections hold the key to solving a problem or guiding you in important moments of your life!
These people come either in a positive or negative manner. They could be inspirations or challenges.
Regardless of the way they come, they only serve one purpose – to give us the necessary lessons we desperately need.
Our spirits are connected through a network of strings. When these connections recognize that a soul is stuck, or needs an important guidance, they intensify the spiritual magnetism to bring another soul that has the key for help in contact with the one in need.
From a spiritual perspective, the key for help might be a certain information or an energy that the other soul needs to unstuck and move forward.
Most of these Cosmic Connections happen subconsciously. It might be by deciding to go to another store that you will come to meet your Cosmic Connection, or suddenly getting the urge to speak to someone you haven’t spoken with in a long time.
What matters is, we recognize their sole purpose in our life.
So, how to spot if who you meet is a chance meeting or a cosmic connection?
These Are The 7 Signs That You’ve Met Your Cosmic Connection:
When a soul reincarnates, it carries with it certain behavioral patterns and physiognomy that come from the past lives it has lived. It’s like a character in a game that evolves and acquires different abilities, and those abilities remain throughout all the lives. They just add up and evolve as the game progresses.
If you want to dig deeper into the details of reincarnation, Roger Ebert’s “The Quantum Theory of Reincarnation” discusses it from the angle of quantum mechanics and is approached more technically.
Regardless, most of us have gone through this cycle. Some souls are newer some are older.
For souls who’ve been through this cycle a couple of times the signs might not show up at all. And that’s ok, they are still not evolved yet to know.
But for souls who have been through this cycle many times before, the signs are clear and intense. They slowly start to awaken and see the hidden dimensions of reality.
To be sure if your soul reincarnated many times before, check out these 5 signs:
